茶品由六大茶山茶業有限公司出品，茶品於廣東倉存陳放。
雲南六大茶山茶業股份有限公司是一家專業生產及銷售普洱茶、紅茶、綠茶的企業。公司成立於2002年，總部位於雲南省昆明市，公司在鳳慶、勐海兩個雲南茶葉主產地建有完全符合食品生產標準的現代化茶廠。
廠長阮殿蓉
1998 年11 月，阮殿蓉被西雙版納州正式委任命為第六任勐海茶廠廠長。和所有前任勐海茶廠廠長們不同，此次上任，她是臨危受命接手嚴重虧損，瀕臨閉廠的勐海茶廠。 阮殿蓉通過現代管理手段，靈活的營銷手腕，在短短兩三年間，阮殿蓉令勐海茶廠扭虧為盈，枯木逢春，並在2001 年突破十年來的最佳業績。隨後因個人原因出走勐海 茶廠，繼而創辦自己的品牌「六大茶山」。
阮殿蓉提出了普洱茶可溯源體系，六大茶山品牌也是可溯源體系的最早的踐行者。提出普洱茶防偽認證，限量生產，在包裝上註明編號、收藏公證書、轉讓背書、收藏證明，這樣做，能夠讓普洱茶真正做到規範化生產。
3. 製作工藝
普洱茶是以雲南大葉種茶樹鮮葉加工而成，需經過殺青、揉捻、曬乾等過程。茶葉採摘後以自然方式發酵，茶性較刺激，放多年後茶性會轉溫和。
