Mid-range quality tea leaves with heavy roast. Warm, smooth cup with noticeable sweetness and low astringency. Aromas of longan honey, creamy notes, roa stedchar, and rob mice. teas.
Brewing Suggestions:
- Tea Amount: Use 3–5 grams per serving
- Water Temperature: 90–95°C (194–203°F)
- Steeping Time: 40–60 seconds for the first brew; adjust to taste for subsequent steeps
Re-steep: 3–5 times recommended; flavor evolves with each brew
