Ingredients: Organic Green Tea, Organic Toasted and Puffed Rice

 Blender\'s Notes:  This is an organic Sencha-style Green tea base, with organic toasted and puffed rice. This toasty blend has really endeared itself to us as a \"comfort tea\".

There are approximately 400-450 eight-ounce servings per pound (1 oz. of loose-leaf tea or tisane makes 25-30 eight-ounce servings). Most teas can be re-steeped at least 1x time.

SENCHA GREEN TEA - Green Tea possesses a high content of antioxidants and polyphenols, known for neutralizing the potentially harmful effects of free radicals.

RICE - Brown rice contains selenium, an important mineral, it has shown promise in research for potentially help regulating thyroid hormones and cholesterol levels.
