This tea cake was made in 2011 for the 60th anniversary of the registration of the \"Zhong-Cha\" trademark (中茶牌) at the Kunming Tea Factory, Yunnan, China.  Traditionally processed, this cake is immediately sweet, floral, and bright with hints of woody age. We were impressed with the care taken with these leaves and they really shine from the first steep. The first steep is deceptively light in flavor, but with a big, creamy body, a sweetness, and dancing floral highlights developing and lingering on the back of the tongue, accompanied by a throaty sweetness. The seasoned puer frinker may be tempted to take the second steep long, but this one really opens up in the next infusion, so feel free to take it slow with a flash infusion. Regardless, you\'ll find yourself faced with a big, floral bitterness and a vegetal quality that perfectly mimics the flavor of chewing on the tender shoots of fresh, sweet grass. The finish is long and throaty and the sweetgrass lingers for some time afterward. This tea will not disappoint. Happy Anniversary.

這款茶是款少見的正宗普洱。沒有歪歪，沒有花花腸子。堂堂正正，光明磊落。茶氣十足。口味綿中藏刃，香氣中穩、正統。輕入厚出。最重要的是茶氣清銳，年輕氣盛。甘洌爽口，流連忘返。回甘長久悠長。已開始微微熟化。好像二十七八憑窗待嫁的姑娘，花將開卻還未全開一汪春水。一個字：花樣年華！
