Sourced directly from the master farmer Masui-san in Kawane, Shizuoka. A small family farm that has never been touched with pesticides or synthetic fertilizers for over 50 years.
A one of a kind award winning single cultivar 1st flush Akari Sencha
Full of antioxidants to keep away old and novel diseases and detox your body. great for starting your day and a prolonged energy that falls off gradually and comfortably.
A sweet cane sugar flavor profile can be compared to Icing sugar used for baked sweets. A great pairing with any baked goods.
Brewing instructions
•4-6g of dry tea leaves
•water temp 170F (78C)
•4oz(120ml) of water
•35-45 seconds
*Cold brew (incredible leaf for cold brew tea)
•8-10g of leaf in a glass container
•add 12oz (350ml)of cold water
•place in refrigeration away from anything with odors for 4-6hrs
Use a strainer pour out liquor and enjoy!
