(113 grams of herbs). Weigh the herbs on a kitchen scale for best accuracy, but a rough estimate is 1 1/4 cup of dry herbs. Continue to boil on medium heat for 10minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn off the heat. Cover the tea with a lid and leave it in the pot for 12hours. Do not strain the herbs. After the 12 hours have passed, pour the tea into a container of your choice and store in the refrigerator.
