The tea bag material & inner pouches are made from plant starch & wood pulp, which are biodegradable & plastic free. Where possible, please dispose of these in your local food waste collection.  Our packets are printed with vegetable-based inks on sustainably sourced cardboard which can be recycled or added to your home compost bin.

Brew with freshly boiled water for 3-5 minutes. Best drunk with milk or your dairy-free alternative.
