HOT ! 2025 Century Years Old Wild Tree Huang Shan Mao Jian Green Tea (1 oz)

The treasure from the wild in Yellow mountain in An Hui province, harvested in early Spring.  It is the love of tea by the maker who is willing to spend the time and effort to make such small batch of a few kgs increased from a little over 1 kg last year, it\'s definitely a bragging right to have this kind of quality tea made!  Mao Jian is a higher grade from Mao Feng, younger sprouts without open leaves in the picking. 

Fresh, brisk, floral, nectary, spring water sipping thru granite kinda sweet mineral quality. Superb!

The energy of there century years old trees are not to be omitted, full, round, buttery texture, it has a soul piercing affect, floral, sweet, not bitter, not astringent.  Exceptional green tea!

Wild tea trees are untempered by the human and without city pollution. The taste is pure, crisp and refreshing, unlike tea garden teas.  The energy, Qi in Chinese term is very present and soothing. 

A great green tea requires hot temperature water.

Use 3 g for a normal coffee mug size cup, off boil water approximately 209 F.  Best result with Kungfu style brewing with either a teapot or gaiwan.   

Recommended water for all teas: very good quality filtered water, ie reverse osmosis filtered water.  Spring water suppresses the fragrance quite a bit.   Tap water is prohibited!
