This pu-erh tea cake is called \"Di Fu\" (low fluoride) as it was tested by Zu Xiang Tea Factory for fluoride content and was found to be below 300mg/kg (less than 300 parts per million).
The historic origin of pu-erh tea lies in the big six tea mountains in Xishuangbanna, Yunnan, China. Fog in these production forests on both sides of the Lancang River distributes the aroma for miles, creating the earthy sweet flavor that makes you want to drink a cup of aged pu-erh tea.
The tea liquor color, flavor and aftertaste are reflected from the pu-erh tea’s long history, its growing environment and the people who produce this tea. One can almost taste the history, culture, weather and land of Yunnan concentrated in this pu-erh tea.
