The latest evolution of our annual \'affordable flagship\' raw puerh tea is a continually refined blend of excellent quality base material. Designed to highlight the enduring appeal of Yunnan’s unique tea forests, \'Caesura’ has plenty of power upfront with a fruity fragrance, rich mouthfeel, and lingering sweet aftertaste (回甘 huígān) that\'ll intensify over multiple re-steeps.This raw puerh has a richly herbaceous fragrance that’s similar to 2023 ‘Macroscope’ Raw Puerh Tea but with an almost spicy, mineral edge. When brewed, this tea offers a rich herbal fragrance, thick body, and enough upfront oily bitterness to set the scene for a throat-coating, aniseed-like huigan in the aftertaste.Comprised of spring material from ecological forest plantings of young tea trees across Xishuangbanna, ‘Caesura’ has plenty to offer whether you choose to drink it now or keep it for long-term ageing.
