The poetic name of this matcha means \"Pine Green\" and refers to the pine tree\'s strength, longevity, and unfading color.  

Shousui is our finest grade of matcha. Its complex layers of taste and aroma are incredible and will linger long after a sip. We often present this matcha during formal tea ceremonies and serve it as traditional thick koicha. Its exquisite balance will make it the most luxurious everyday matcha!

Shelf Life:

Our freshly stone-milled matcha is hermetically sealed in a bag at a certified sterile facility and can be stored for up to six months. However, after opening, it should be consumed within 10-14 days for optimal freshness.
