Handmade from pure cashmere and designed to be featherweight, this swan white, Plain Hooded Cashmere Baby Blanket is gloriously soft and cosy. We have trimmed all around the edge of the blanket with 100% pure silk.

The blanket features a hood detail, so useful for when babies are tiny and need to be scooped up quickly and kept warm. The silk binding is undoubtedly the best soother for small babies.

The classic hooded blanket measures 60cm x 60cm.

Similar to the weight of a classic pashmina, the Purl English Plain Hooded Cashmere Baby Blanket is perfect to take on your travels, giving plenty of warmth and comfort, but without being bulky.

Our blankets are knitted with a light airy stitch, similar to the traditional cellular blankets that our mothers used for us. Perfect as a gift for a new baby.

There is an option to personalise the Hooded Blanket with Baby\'s initial either in lavender, cornflower blue, silver or gold stem stitch. The embroidered initial would be place centrally on the bottom of the hood.

All Purl English cashmere baby blankets will be sent beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and packaged in a complimentary keepsake box, with a magnetic closure and ribbon tie.
