Indispensable for all kinds of preparation. Comes with 2 interchangeable discs (2.0 and 3.0mm) and a scraper. For making smooth soups, sauces, etc. Designed with very tight tolerances! The best food mill on the market!! The 2mm disc allows the preparation of even fibrous items like leeks.  Please note that when you look at the two discs that are included, they might look almost the same!  That is because they are so similar in size.  They are not the same.  One has smooth holes and the other one is a bit rough (designed for vegetables with tough fibers)- the holes are pushed out the other way.  See below for the additional discs that are sold separately!
