Add rinsed rice and measured water into the casserole according to the waterlines (200 ml per 1-Go polished rice). Soak for 20-60 minutes before cooking. Cook over medium-high heat for about 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it steam with the lid closed for 10-20 minutes. Stir cooked rice with a rice spatula and serve. For cleaning burnt residue, boil water with a tablespoon of baking soda in the casserole, simmer for 2-3 minutes, then cool and wash by hand. Avoid using for deep frying.
Hand wash the casserole with mild detergent and avoid harsh scrubbing to preserve the glazed finish. Dry thoroughly after washing to prevent moisture damage. Avoid sudden temperature changes to prevent cracking. Do not use the casserole for deep frying. Store in a dry place when not in use.
