The Pulsar Brewer by NextLevel is a thoughtfully engineered dripper created in collaboration with astrophysicist and coffee researcher Jonathan Gagné, author of The Physics of Coffee. Built as an evolution of the LVL-10 concept, it introduces a variable-flow-rate valve that expands brewers\' approach to bloom, immersion, and percolation.
