And you can test your yeast by using the water at 113-122°F. **The step \"Bake for 10 minutes with noting\" is to extend the life of the pot and remove possible odors from the machine, but it is not a necessary step. ***We recommend using high suger tolerant yeast for bread making, which can improve the success rate of your baking
