Description
Kranom Krok or Coconut Pancake is one of the most difficult Thai traditional street food dessert to master. It is typically made using a special cookware to create the iconic shape while cooking on top a charcoal stove. This hard to find aluminum cast version with a matching aluminum lid will make your effort easier with 28 pits to create large batches and also easier to clean than the traditional cast-iron. The cookware is also prime for other Southeast Asian and South Asian dishes which utilizes similar cooking apparatus to create small pancakes shaped food such as Idli.
