Returns Information

SANDRA FRECKLED accepts returns of products purchased on this website, except for products purchased during promotions or discounts, which can be exchanged but not refunded.

If at the time of the change you are not interested in any product on the website, a code will be created with the amount of your purchase so that you can use it for 1 year.

In both exchanges and returns, the customer must assume the shipping costs.

How to proceed with the return:

- Send an email to info@sandrafreckled.com indicating your name and surname, order number and reason for the return.

- Once we receive the refund request, we will send you a return label that you must stick on the package and they will pick it up. at the same address where the delivery was made. The return costs, €5.95 per collection/package, are the responsibility of the buyer.

- Products must be in their original packaging or similar, so that we receive the product intact and undamaged. Returns are not accepted if the buyer manipulates, mistreats, or uses the product they wish to return.

Refund: Once we have received your product and we have verified that it is in perfect condition, we will refund the amount of the order using the same payment method used for the purchase within a maximum period of 10 working days from when we receive the products.

The return shipping costs will be fully deducted from the amount to be refunded.

In the event that the return is due to a product defect or an error in the order on our part, shipping costs will not be deducted.

Returns are accepted if they are made before the seventh day after the buyer received the product to be returned. That is, from the day the buyer receives his purchase until 7 days have passed, he can make a return. Outside this period, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
