PURE Fluid Energy Gels have been designed for use during endurance training, events and exercise, and give you a great tasting and fast energy boost in easy to open packaging. They have been flavoured with real fruit and fruit juices, and when you use this gel the first thing you’ll notice is the amazing taste of real fruit and how easy it is to use. The gel is not too sickly sweet as with other gels and is light in consistency, making them easier to consume while exercising and racing. They have no added fructose, and are Gluten Free, Vegan Friendly and Dairy Free. Each 50gram Fluid Energy gel contains 25g to 26g of carbohydrates from maltodextrin and reconstituted fruit juice for energy, and 30mg sodium to replace salt lost in sweat and aid fluid absorption. Available in 4 flavours, with Raspberry containing 30mg of caffeine to help aid fat utilisation during endurance exercise.

RECOMMENDED USE OF PURE ENERGY GEL:

Use 15 minutes prior to activity, then every 30-40 minutes during exercise.
