Be aware that this is quite a small frame, but could squeeze in a varifocal prescription at a push.
Small, but beautifully shaped. This “semi-rimless” french frame is a rare find. There is a “Sammes” mark on the inside of the temple, but we have not been able to find out anything further.
The brown brow line has been intricately worked and the bridge and temples have, what appears to be, silver strands in it.
Just a beautiful little frame.
