The set is masterfully crafted from solid cherry and found in it\'s original black hand polished lacquer finish. The original striking cane backs are stunning and sound. The seats have been newly upholstered in a neutral Haute House fabric. The caning is also in fabulous original condition showing no tears, stains or other damage whatsoever. The seats have recently been re-upholstered in a stylish light grey velvet very similar to the original fabric. This luxurious set of dining chairs are ultra-comfortable, structurally sound and ready for decades more of use.
