This is a pair of DKR Wire Dining Chairs, originally designed by Charles and Ray Eames in 1951. These particular examples were produced by Herman Miller circa 1956. The pair features wire seats atop Eiffel bases in black coated steel. DKR is an acronym that stands for Dining height K-wire chair Rod base.
The price includes both chairs to be sold together as a pair.
Each chair measures 21 inches deep, 19 inches wide, and 32 inches high, with s seat height of 18.75 inches. These pieces do show wear consistent with previous use but overall are in very good vintage condition. Please see photos.
