This is a 6260 Chair, designed by Greta Magnusson Grossman in Sweden in 1952. This early example dates to around the same year. The chair was produced in America by Glenn of California. It has a frame of solid walnut, and is upholstered in a dark yellow hopsack fabric.

The chair measures 21 inches deep, 18 inches wide, and 31 inches high. It has a seat height of 17.5 inches. The walnut is in great shape with perhaps a handful of scuffs. Foot glides have been added, though they are easily removable if so desired. Two of the wood screw coves are missing, and there are some light spots on the upholstery. Overall, this chair is in very good condition. Please see photos.
