The ObboMed UltraAir™ Mattress features automatic rotation system gently turns the patient at set angles of 15°, 25°, or 40°, which helps prevent pressure ulcers, improves blood circulation, and reduces stiffness from staying in one position too long.

Clinical-Grade Pressure Relief

The Alternating Pressure system gently shifts air within the mattress in timed cycles to relieve constant pressure on the skin, which helps prevent and manage Stage 1 to 4 pressure ulcers, improves blood flow, and supports faster tissue recovery for the patient.

Smart Hygiene System and Moisture Control Technology

The Easy Go bedpan and shampoo functions activate with one button, allowing cleaning and hygiene care to be performed directly on the bed, which reduces handling and helps maintain patient dignity and safety. The low air loss system provides constant airflow under the body to remove heat and moisture, helping keep the skin dry and reducing the risk of infection or irritation. Overall, these features make patient care safer, more efficient.

Cell-on-Cell Mattress Design / 24H Power Outage Protection

The mattress is built with a cell-on-cell design that keeps the bottom layer inflated for up to 24 hours during a power outage, helping prevent bottoming out. If power fails, it gives both sound and light warnings, as long as the air hose stays connected.

Patented “Easy Go” Bedpan Function(One Touch)

By pressing the Bedpan button on the control unit, four air cells under the hips deflate within about 20 seconds to create space for a bedpan. Press the button again and the mattress returns to normal. This function allows in-bed toileting with less effort for caregivers and without moving the user.(Bedpan Not Included)

Patented “Easy Go” Shampoo Function

By pressing the Shampoo button on the control unit, the head section lowers within about 20 seconds to create space for a shampoo basin. Press the button again and the mattress returns to normal. This function makes it possible to wash hair in bed without lifting or moving the user.(Shampoo Basin Not Included)

Inflatable “Air Filled” Guardrail

The 4-inch inflatable guardrails provide soft but sturdy support to help prevent falls or bumps. They also reduce the risk of slipping or getting stuck between the mattress and the rail.

Inflatable Air-Filled Guardrail: Press the quick-release valve to deflate the guardrail within seconds. Reinsert the valve to inflate it again just as quickly.

Multiple Rotation Angles (15°/25°/40°)

The mattress can be set to rotate at 15°, 25° (left, right, or auto), and 40° (auto). These adjustable angles help with regular repositioning, support better airflow in the lungs, and assist caregivers with routine care.

Specialized air cells gently inflate and deflate to create a 15° wave-like motion that redistributes pressure, improves circulation, enhances sleep quality, and helps prevent bedsores.Sinking FeatureThe mattress lowers up to 4 inches, working with the 4-inch inflatable guardrails to form an 8-inch deep soft barrier. Fowler & Seating Function

When the head of the bed is raised, the Fowler function boosts support in the seat and torso areas to prevent bottoming out. This helps maintain proper posture and reduces the risk of pressure injuries while seated.

Low Air Loss feature plus 820L Air flow fan

Positioned beneath the cover layer, the dynamic LAL system delivers airflow at 23 liters per minute combined with a built-in airflow fan, this powerful ventilation system effectively removes humidity and regulates moisture and heat around the patient’s skin.

Vibration Massager Plus Warmer

Vibration Massager: A built-in microprocessor controls multiple massage modes. The gentle vibration helps relax the body and ease muscle tension after long periods of sitting or lying down.

Warmer: Gentle, even warmth is distributed along the back area above the air cells, helping users stay comfortably warm while resting.
