Patented “Easy Go” Bedpan Function

The patented “Easy Go” bedpan feature lets caregivers press bedpan button in the control unit it deflate 4 air cells under the buttocks, creating a recessed space for a bedpan in just 20 seconds. Designed for in-bed toileting, it reduces patient discomfort and makes caregiver tasks easier and safer.

Patented “Easy Go” Shampoo Function

Pressing shampoo button in the control unit, the head section gently lowers to create space for a shampoo basin in just 20 seconds. This makes it easy to wash hair in bed, reducing strain for both the patient and caregiver.

Patented Inflatable Air-Filled Guardrails

Our patented inflatable air-filled guardrails provide a safer and more comfortable alternative to metal side rails. With a mid-section opening for easy access they offer safe fall protection.

Inflatable Air-Filled Guardrail: Press the quick-release valve to deflate the guardrail within seconds. Reinsert the valve to inflate it again just as quickly.

Multiple Rotation Angles (15°-25°-40°)

Designed to accommodate various patient needs, the mattress offers multiple rotation angles of 15°, 25° Right / 25°Left / 25°Auto Rotation, 40° Auto Rotation. This feature increases patient activity, assists in lung function by facilitating phlegm expulsion, reduces the risk of pulmonary infections, and enhances overall physical therapy outcomes.

15° Self-Lateral Rotation & Sinking Feature

Specialized air cells gently inflate and deflate to create a 15° wave-like motion that redistributes pressure, improves circulation, enhances sleep quality, and helps prevent bedsores.Sinking Feature with Centralization:The OB-3620 UltraAir Mattress lowers up to 4 inches, working with the 4-inch inflatable guardrails to form an 8-inch deep soft barrier. This keeps the patient centered and safe during rotation, even up to 40°, while still allowing easy caregiver access.

Fowler & Seating Function

When the head of the bed is raised, the Fowler function boosts support in the seat and torso areas to prevent bottoming out. This helps maintain proper posture and reduces the risk of pressure injuries while seated.

Low Air Loss (LAL) Therapy plus 820L Air Flow Fan

Positioned beneath the cover layer, the dynamic LAL system delivers airflow at 23 liters per minute combined with a built-in airflow fan, this powerful ventilation system effectively removes humidity and regulates moisture and heat around the patient’s skin, helping to maintain a dry and comfortable microclimate.

Vibration Massager

Vibration Massager: A built-in microprocessor controls multiple massage modes. The gentle vibration helps relax the body and reduce muscle tension after long periods of sitting or lying down.Note: This model includes a massager only; the warmer is not included with this model.

Cell-on-Cell Mattress Design / 24H Power Outage Protection

The OB-3620 UltraAir Mattress is built with a cell-on-cell design that keeps the bottom layer inflated for up to 24 hours during a power outage, helping prevent bottoming out. If power fails, it gives both sound and light warnings, as long as the air hose stays connected. All functions are easy to control using the panel on the foot of the bed.
