THE GREEN ORIGINAL MATTRESS

With a plush, but substantial, supportive feel, our Original Green Mattress is the much sought after option for affordable natural-organic luxury. This option is sure to deliver the best balance of support, firmness, and comfort. With a total of 3 inches of all natural organic latex, the original is best suited for stomach and back sleepers. The Green Original is also available in a Vegan option as well. In the vegan version we will replace the wool layer with material with our all natural cotton. This slight alteration does not affect the overall feel. 

We\'re proud to say our Green Mattresses are made with natural​ and certified organic materials. Our GOLS certified organic natural latex is eco-INSTITUT Certified and is tree tapped making it sustainable. Our all natural GOTS certified wool and cotton are also OEKO-TEK Standard 100 Certified. Our posterized zoned response coil system provides the very best in pressure point relief and is constructed from 100% recycled steel. 

CERTIFIED ORGANIC, NATURAL LATEX

Green Mattresses only uses natural GOLS Certified organic latex rubber foam, derived directly from a sustainably harvested source. Our latex is also certified by ECO-Institut as well as OKEO-TEX to have no harmful substances such as; allergenic dyes, pesticides, chlorinated phenols, heavy metals, formaldehyde, and chloro-organic carriers. With a high-performance rate and long-lasting durability, this material also can regulate temperature better as well. These performance attributes are extraordinary and far exceed everyday petroleum-based polyurethane foams and memory foams.

CERTIFIED ORGANIC WOOL

Our GOTS certified Organic Wool works in conjunction with our organic latex to control temperatures. Wool is unlike any other material as it has inherent properties making it a natural fire barrier, naturally antimicrobial, and resistant to dust mites. Our wool is also certified by OKEO-TEX to have no harmful substances such as; allergenic dyes, pesticides, chlorinated phenols, heavy metals, formaldehyde, and chloro-organic carriers. 

CERTIFIED ORGANIC COTTON

Our GOTS certified organic cotton is the most breathable, coolest, softest materials available. It also naturally wicks away moisture. This is why it passes the most stringent Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) Certification. All of these attributes make our top covers luxurious and one of the best sleep surfaces available. Our Cotton is also certified by OKEO-TEX to have no harmful substances such as allergenic dyes, pesticides, chlorinated phenols, heavy metals, formaldehyde, and chloro-organic carriers.
