They work as well as any of the other name brand tumblers out there (RTIC, YETI, OZARK). Each tumbler is handmade. There will be variations from one to the next, but each is made with care and attention. Please treat them the same. No dishwasher. No soaking. No microwave. If you hand wash your tumbler - it will last for YEARS. Maybe forever, but I haven\'t actually had one for forever.
