HOT ! Our Lady of Lourdes Medieval Cable Chain Bracelet in Gold

The Our Lady of Lourdes Medieval Cable Chain Bracelet in Gold features a newly cast Vintage Lourdes medal reminiscent to those given that to Pilgrims to Lourdes, France.  The reverse side of the medal shows the Blessed Mother speaking with little Saint Bernadette, the young French girl she appeared to in 1858,  It is symbol of peace, wisdom and guidance expressing the loving protection of the Divine Mother in all Her faces and her forms. It serves as a reminder that Her intercession on our behalf for Miracles is only an ask and a prayer away.

The Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes, celebrated on February 11th, honors the Marian apparitions witnessed by Bernadette Soubirous in 1858 in Lourdes, France, where the Virgin Mary appeared to her 18 times. This feast day is significant because it not only commemorates these miraculous events but also emphasizes themes of healing and faith.

The site of the apparitions at Lourdes, France has since become a renowned pilgrimage destination, particularly known for the healing waters of the spring that emerged during the apparitions. Today\'s feast serves as a reminder of Mary\'s intercessory role in the lives of believers from all faiths, encouraging devotion, & prayer for those who are sick.  

This bracelet is designed and made in the USA, in our sweet studio sanctuary  in Wellfleet, MA.  The medals are recast using the lost wax casting method from the antique originals by artisans based in New England.   22KT Matte Gold over Bronze.
