Stone Island and New Balance extend their partnership with two limited-edition styles of the classic 574 Legacy. Dropping alongside the “Dark Green” iteration, this Stone Island x New Balance 574 Legacy “Light Green” draws inspiration from the Italian luxury fashion house’s archives from 1987 to 1989, giving the classic trainer a multi-textural design. This iteration “gets the badge in” with the signature Compass logo patch displayed on the nylon tongue. Yellow ripstop mesh underlays, soft terry cloth lining, and light green suede overlays construct the upper, adorned with grey “N” logos on the sides. The polyurethane heel counter shores up the lightweight ENCAP foam underfoot, blending a utilitarian-inspired aesthetic with everyday lifestyle. Reflective heel tabs highlight the two brands’ shared passion for experimentation and innovative designs.
