When Nike SB began refining the silhouette for Eric Koston’s debut signature model, this prototype emerged from the brand’s design studio. The one-of-one sample built exclusively for Koston himself draws from Nike’s technical heritage in running and soccer design, pushing skate performance into a new era. Appearing in the Crystal Mint colorway, the shoe features a cupsole design, a black one-piece suede upper detailed with the crystal mint swoosh, and an all-white midsole. Made specifically for Eric Koston ahead of a wider release in 2011, the shoe features a number one stitched into the tongue and Lunarlon technology in the sole for comfort and board feel. The shoe is accompanied by an extra set of shoelaces in Crystal Mint color.
