HOT ! Old Hollywood 30s Halter Neck Evening Dress Vintage Silk Satin Racer Back Floral Print VFG

Oh my. This early 1930s evening gown is just spectacular! The bodice is an interesting combination of halter top and racer back - the two overlap at the side seams. The waist seam points up under the bust. The skirt flares with three gores. 

SIZE: No size label  

FABRIC/COLORS: A fabulous oversize and colorful floral print on satin against a black background. Fabric is silk per fiber burn test. 

TAGS: No tags

CLOSURES: Side seam snaps with hook & eye at the waist

CONDITION: There is a small tear to the inside of the inner facing at the back of the neck on the left side - see closeup, and keep in mind that this is inside the neck and not seen when worn. Second closeup shows an area of small black marks along the left side of the bodice, about 5\" above the top of the placket - at the lower right of that photo, circled in blue, is a 1/4 tear in the fabric along the edge of the upper back near the sideseam.  I have repaired a small open seam in the back of the skirt, and at the base of the snap opening. No other issues noted.
