Birds of North America\'s Winter Chippy Dress is an updated version of their long-running Gallinule cut and it\'s back this season in brand new prints! It has the same vintage-inspired fit-and-flare cut you know and love, but is made new with a wider neckline, elbow-length sleeve and longer hem. It\'s made from a gorgeous printed cotton featuring sunset tinted wildflowers on a blue-grey background.
