HOW TO APPLY

FOR MIND:Add a few drops to the diffuser, bath, hot towel or pillow slip. Breathe in the aroma and experience the natural harmony.FOR FACE & BODY:Add 1mL (20 drops) to every 100mL of carrier oil, massage into skin.
