Goat\'s Milk and Oat Cold Process Soap Loaf in your choice of scent

Nearly 30 scent options to choose from! Each soap is 100% Handmade in small batches.

Cold process soap made with a base of nourishing oils to provide a creamy and rich lather.

Customize your own loaf of soap. You\'ll receive 10 full bars in your choice of scent. 

Color will coincide with scent choice unless otherwise specified. Soap will be one color. We are not able to use more than one color for customized loaves. 

• Ingredients: Olive Oil, Organic Coconut Oil, (RSPO-Certified Palm, Lard, and/or Tallow), Castor Oil, Goat\'s Milk, Colloidal Oats, Kaolin Clay, Aloe, Natural Clays and/or Mica, Essential and/or Fragrance oils.


• (May also contain Shea Butter, Rice Bran, Avocado, Sunflower, Safflower, Rapeseed and/or Sweet Almond Oils, depending on the bar).

Each bar is 1\" thick, measures approx. 3\" x 2.75\" and weighs roughly 4.25 oz. when fully cured.

You will receive 10 bars total (unwrapped, no label). 

Note: Since the soap is made to order, it will be fresh. The soap is safe to use as is.... however, it is recommended to let the bars sit for 4 weeks to cure.

What does cure mean? It is the time it takes for the soaps to lose any excess water and harden. (When the soap is fully cured one could say it has reached its \"full potential\", meaning it will be the hardest and longest lasting).

Our soap loaves are hand-crafted using the highest quality ingredients to ensure each bar is a premium product.

Goat\'s Milk Soap is naturally high in vitamins (including nourishing vitamin E), minerals, and healthy fats, and has numerous skin benefits, including exceptional moisturizing properties, absorption capacity, and exfoliating power.

Color may slightly vary. Soap colors will coincide with selected scent choice.

• No chemicals, detergents, surfactants, or unrecognizable ingredients - like those found in commercially made bars, or store-bought body washes and shower gels.

FUN FACTS: Homemade soap has been around for centuries and is thought to be discovered when fats from hunted animals and ashes (aka lye) from the fires to cook them in, were mixed in with natural bodies of water.

This reaction of fats/lye/water caused the surface of the water to create bubbly water, aka soap!

Due to modern civilization and the abundance of supplies, soaps no longer have to be made from animal fat, lard, or tallow, (although they still often are, as they make a great soap!)

Soapmakers now have an abundance of butters and oils at their fingertips.

At Amber Bath Co. our favorites include Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Sunflower Oil, Castor Oil, Sustainably-sourced Palm Oil, Castor Oil, Avocado Oil, and Sweet Almond Oil, although there are many MANY others to choose from!

We found our combination makes for a well-rounded soap (in our opinion and experience), that is hard and long lasting but emphasizes the creamy, conditioning, nourishing aspects of a good bar.
