Our organic pipe pasta is made in Italy that is made with durum semolina wheat. The pasta is bronze and slowly dried to preserve its authentic flavor. With the shape of the pasta being hollow, it allows the pasta to hold sauce on the inside while its ridges grab on the outside making it perfect for a meaty or chunky pasta sauce.
