Affliction is HPLC tested at over 9 Million Scoville Heat Units, thats right OVER 9m SHU (9.6m actually!!!).

By far the hottest product we do is Affliction. Ideal for your kitchen experiments. Can be added to wet dishes like curries and chilli con carne, at the last minute, just a touch on a wooden stick stirred in (then dispose of the stick). The perfect chilhead gift for those who are always banging on about something not being hot enough..

This is an extreme product, please see disclaimer below. Do not use any cutlery with this product that you wish to re use. Due to its viscosity, it is extremely difficult to clean, therefore I suggest you use wooden disposable implements like cocktail sticks to administer to your food. This product is a thick viscous oil at room temperature and if chilled will set as a resin. I strongly suggest cooling it down to use from the fridge as it is far easier to use like this. You do not want this product on your hands, in your eyes or around your nether region unless you are masochistic! Should you warm it to a fluid, be it on your own head...you have been warned..or is that warmed?
