My cookies are baked fresh to order, so please allow 1-2 weeks lead time so that we may deliver the freshest cookies right to your doorstep.

I ship using USPS Priority Mail. Please specify the date of your party to have your cookies delivered just in time for your event.I gladly accept cancellations

Returns and exchange details

Since the cookies are perishable items, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

I take great care in packaging my cookies to ensure that they will arrive intact. However, no refunds will be given for broken or damaged cookies; no refunds will be given due to carrier delays. Once the package has left my possession, the shipping and handling of the package is no longer in my control.

If they do, please file a complaint with the carrier. We are not the ones responsible for any inconveniences regarding that and we unfortunately can not offer refunds in those cases.
