isiBisi is the gluten-free pasta aimed specifically at intolerant individuals who follow a specific gluten-free diet without needing to sacrifice great taste.
Our pasta is made in a dedicated gluten-free facility in north Italy then imported to the USA - exclusively composed of Italian corn and rice flour, free of additives or gluten stabilizers, staying true to the simplicity of the raw materials.

What makes good pasta? Here at isiBisi, we only use the traditional Italian tool - Bronze Die to cut and shape our pasta. It\'s what gives the pasta the rough texture that allows the sauce to cling to it.
We apply the Low-Temperature Drying method on our pasta as it helps preserve the nutritional qualities of the raw ingredients, resulting in a product that not only looks delicious but is also absolutely authentic.
