Verde is Miceli & Sensat’s fresh, green, medium intensity expression. It is vibrant, aromatic and beautifully clean on the finish. It’s designed for everyday versatility: bright plant aromatics, balanced bitterness and a crisp peppery lift.

Harvest & Milling

Harvesting technique: hand-picked, supported by a mechanical shaker

Harvest time: October–November

Extraction: cold-extracted in the producer’s own refrigerated temperature controlled oil mill

Filtration: unfiltered

Storage: reseal after use; store in a cool, dry place away from heat and light

Tasting Notes

Aroma: tomato leaf, green banana, green almond, celery, green pepper, with a balsamic-mint lift

Taste: medium intensity with chicory-like bitterness and a clean, arugula/green-pepper pungency.
