ABOUT:
Naturally fermented sourdough bread with pumpkin, sunflower, and flax seeds—rich in protein and nutrients. Handmade in small batches using ancient grains, it’s crafted with premium ingredients and traditional fermentation for the healthiest, most flavorful bread.
Heaven Gluten Free is a family-owned bakery founded in 2023 by Polina and Vlad Lahoda, Ukrainian immigrants who discovered their passion for bread-making after starting a new life in the US.
Their breads are made with a GF sourdough starter (no traditional yeast), naturally fermented for better digestion and immune support, and sweetened with Yacon syrup (sourced from Peru) and coconut sugar. All products are certified celiac-safe, made in a dedicated gluten-free facility, and always vegan. Free from soybeans, peanuts, milk, eggs, and wheat.
HOW TO ENJOY:
Toasted or fresh with your favorite meal.
Store in a sealed bag in the fridge for up to 5-6 days, on the counter for up to 4 days, or freeze (sliced or whole) for up to 4-6 months.
To refresh from frozen: Thaw on the counter for 4-8 hours, then lightly wet the entire loaf and bake at 350-400°F for 10-15 minutes until the bottom is crunchy. Tastes just like fresh-baked!
