Shawarma Sauce:

This sauce is heavily influenced by Middle Eastern spice blends and the culture of      take-out Shawarma shops. Our Shawarma Sauce is mild, incredibly bright in taste, with smooth notes from garlic, extra virgin olive oil and honey. The spice blend is familiar, yet unique in a hot sauce and a must try!

GARLIC - SPICES - AROMATIC

Cedar Smoked Garlic is our most complex sauce to date. Smoked garlic, fermented habanero, and a specially crafted white wine vinegar brings this sauce together like nothing we\'ve ever experienced. Rich, medium heat, and a delightful woodsy finish. This sauce is a one of a kind and we can\'t wait to share it with you.

RICH - WOODSY - GARLIC

Ingredients: White wine vinegar, Habanero Mash (Habanero, Vinegar), Garlic, Onion, Extra virgin olive oil, Sea salt, Sumac.

Zuzu\'s 7-Pot Sauce:

Zuzu\'s 7-Pot Sauce is our newest sauce, coming hot off season 22 of Hot Ones! In the #9 spot, this sauce packs a big heat, with a unique flavour profile. It\'s upfront heat comes from the infamous 7-Pot, with a blend of red bell pepper for balance. Licorice notes from Sambuca and fennel, rounded with a slight sweetness from maple syrup. Great with wings, pizza, pasta, and as a marinade.
