Old Fashioned Ring Bologna (Trail Bologna tied in a ring to cook) is flavored with Salt, Pepper, Garlic and whichever meat you choose to use! This easy bundle takes the guesswork out of making a classic meat snack.

We make these with beef and venison but it\'s also great for elk or bison with pork trim or fat mixed in too! Aim for fat content totaling around 20% by weight.

Also great with our high temp cheeses mixed in!
