Dieses native Olivenöl extra stammt aus dem über hundertjährigen Olivenhain „Alfafarenca“, eine einheimische Olivensorte aus der Region Alicante. Diese Sorte gehört zu den 24 bedeutendsten Olivensorten Spaniens. Es ist besonders reich an Polyphenolen und gleichzeitig robust genug zum Braten.

Verkostungsnoten

Intensiv fruchtige, grüne Aromen mit Anklängen von frischen Kräutern, Tomate, Olivenblatt und Apfel. Am Gaumen zeigt es sich deutlich bitter und mittel scharf – ein echtes Öl mit Charakter.
