How to Store & Prepare

Tips for Storing- Place all AWG products in an airtight container or bag.- Bread & Loaf - Please store in the fridge for 3-4 days or slice and put in the freezer for up to 6 months.- Bagels, Bunwich, Rounds & Minis - Please store in the freezer for up to 6 months. Tips for ToastingToast! Toast! Toast! We highly suggest toasting 1-3 times for best flavor and texture. Please take a moment to learn some helpful tips and tricks for taking care of your bread. Shipping Schedule, Pick Up at AWG, Stores

We always bake extra and will fill orders until our bread basket is empty. If you do not want us to send your order after the cutoff times above, please let us know in the Note Section on the Cart page.We ship on Monday and Tuesday and open for pick ups/walk-ins on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday in Laguna Hills, CA. 

For guaranteed Monday shipping/pick up, please order by Friday 12 PM PT. 

For guaranteed Tuesday shipping/pick up, please order by Monday 12 PM PT.

For guaranteed Friday pick up, please order by Thursday 11 AM PT.
