 This listing is for a custom handmade tumbler. Your purchase includes the tumbler, lid, care instructions, and personalization. I have a over 300 colors of glitter, please feel free to message me to find the perfect glitter to bring your vision to life! **HOW TO ORDER**-Choose the size/style of the tumbler that you would like.-Once you are ready to checkout, please leave the following information in the notes to seller at checkout:

For custom orders:1. Color of glitter for your cup (for ombre, please indicate colors)2. Name or initials for monogram. Be sure to leave your initials in the correct order (first name, LAST NAME, middle name)3. Decal Color4. Any additional requests or descriptions that you would like to be used when creating your cup!**If you would just like a glittered tumbler without any personalization, just leave that in the notes as well!**All of my tumblers are handmade and sealed with a high grade FDA compliant epoxy resin for a smooth, glass like finish. This final coat ensures that no glitter will ever fall off and the decal is sealed underneath so it will never peel up. The epoxy is UV resistant and heat resistant up to 500 degrees. All tumblers are hand glittered by me. These stainless steel tumblers are double walled and vacuum sealed to keep your drinks hot or cold for hours! Due to being handmade, slight imperfections can sometimes be unavoidable, but I try my hardest to make sure before they are sent out that there are none.**Current turnaround time is 3-4 weeks**I ship USPS. Please verify correct shipping address prior to ordering. If your order arrives damaged please take photos of the box and damaged goods and send them to me so I can file a claim with the post office.**Cancellations**-No cancellations after 24 hours from time of purchase due to the custom nature of these tumblers.-No refunds or returns will be accepted unless there is an error on MY part, in which case, I will request the tumbler sent back for inspection, and will either fix it or replace it!**I am not responsible for accidental damage. If you tumbler falls or is dropped, I will be glad to assist you with getting it repaired (if possible) or remade but please understand there is a fee that will be associated.**Tumbler Care Instructions-Not Dishwasher safe-Not Microwave safe-Hand wash only, do not soak -Do not use abrasive cleaners and/or sponges-Handle with care, might crack/break if dropped
