Hand-knotted from soft Afghan wool, this rug’s exquisite palettes and textural intricacies evoke a sensorial calm. No two are exactly the same, as each hank of the natural yarn features mesmerizing striations once solid-dyed and woven into form. Hand knotted with 64 nots per inch and finished with Cotton fringe on the ends. 

We have partnered with Armadillo, an Australian rug company, to bring our favorite designs from their collection to the Shop. Armadillo is dedicated to traditional handwoven techniques and partners with 1500 artisans in India to produce their quality rugs. The brand shares our values of using ethical and sustainable materials, and they are the only rug company in the US and Australia with B Corp status for their social and environmental practices. The collection features earthy colors, intricate weaves, and eco-friendly materials sourced through fair trade practices.
