Ronald Hayes Pearson 1924-1996, born in NYC, merchant mariner 1942-1943, studied at Alfred University 1947-1948, designed flatware for major silver companies, taught at leading craft schools, elected fellow of the American Craft Counsel, and produced his own line of hand crafted silver jewelry till approx 1990, retired to Deer Isle, Maine
