Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve been captivated by large, rectangular, aqua-coloured stones. Most of the ones I found were aquamarines—beautiful, but too soft to stand up to everyday wear. And while I dreamed of coloured diamonds of that scale, they were far beyond reach, even in their lab-grown form. Then moissanite entered the scene—a true game changer. With its pale, intriguing hue, precision cut, and accessible price, it offers everything I had always wanted. I’ll definitely be creating more pieces with these stunning stones.

This particular gem is an impressive 7 x 9 mm, cut with triangular, kite-like facets designed to capture and reflect light in all directions, giving it a brilliant, signature sparkle.

Cradling the stone is a sculptural surround of solid silver, flowing with curves and indents that echo the movement of water.
