Construction: Frames are precision-constructed from select hardwoods, double-dowelled and corner-blocked to last for generations. Double-cone tempered springsare 8-way hand-tied with 6-ply twine and reinforced with steel strapping support. For durable soft sitting, filling is a blend of polyester and cotton.Cushions are urethane foam and wrapped in polyester fiber, then covered in muslin. Brass nail head trim is individually applied. Exposed wood is solidhard rock maple.
