Our tallow is slightly whipped, but not piped into your jar, so you\'ll receive a full 2oz jar without air gaps. 

Sweet Dreams Tallow is enriched with magnesium mined from deep sea beds. It has a grounding scent from a special essential oil blend designed to help you ease into a restful night\'s sleep. I have noticed I really look forward to my pre-sleep routine and this creamy tallow is a large part of that. I massage the tallow on the bottoms of my feet, my belly and hands. I look forward to the comforting and relaxing tingle it provides on my skin and I love the scent as well. I also make sure to supplement with a magnesium supplement I take orally as well.

-I like to take a small amount and warm between my finger tips and then apply Magnesium Enriched Tallow to the bottoms of my feet, legs, belly, aching shoulders, as some ideas of areas that hold tension. 

-If your tallow arrives cold / hard from shipping, don\'t worry, just let it come to room temperature before use or like above, take a small amount and warm between your fingers before application.

-if it\'s warm outside and your tallow melted a little during shipping, you can put in the refrigerator for a time to firm up.
